Hello,
the instrument panel is functional because it was replaced in another one and the machine started the relays work properly, wiring checked, resistance checked 60 ohms without the 120 ohm controller, the only thing I noticed is that there is 17v on relay 11, the ground of the E-ECU controller is good, the voltage is 24v on the red and white wires, can E-ECU controller plugs the bulb into the pin and it lights up, I'm running out of ideas
