I'm sure most of you guys on here are pretty comfortable where you're at, but we are looking for someone. Tractor/scraper, skidder, dozer, *maybe* excavator, and must have CDL. Along with construction work, there will be opportunity to work on a successful grain farm during spring's work and harvest. We work 50-60 hours per week, pay is $25/hour, or more depending on experience. Please contact me via PM if interested.

I know an old fart that would love to run that gear again but he's to old to learn bout GPS stuff, but likes old school ways.

I think that the way your post title is written, you are competing with 90% of the straight women out there. From what I hear from most businesses, the search for competent and worthy employees is beyond frustrating. Best of luck to you. Persistence is the key to success.

Yeah, it can't be easy in your area either. Few people moving in and out, not a lot of housing. You probably know most of the people that would be local potential hires, and they are already working somewhere. Or there's a reason they aren't.

I'm going to be down a employee for a few months, he's needing a knee surgery. I haven't decided if I'm hiring someone while he's gone or not.
