Two veteran tire guys working for Les Schwab put jacks in wrong part of frame structure on a MCI Class
Eight motorhome, crushed one of them injured the other, just a few years ago in Seattle area.

Heavy equipment is like guns. You can't interact with them on autopilot, or in a distracted state.
