in my area, I preferred the individually owned dealers...but CASE forced them out of business a few years ago.
the parts/service guys are OK, but there's a different sales person every time i go there.
they were supposed to bring out a compact excavator for me to demo and when it didn't show up and i called...they said the salesman quit and they didn't know anything about it. :usa
