newbie with Mustang MTL 25,, control question

My mtl 25 won't be here till late next week. I don't have a clue what controls are on the joysticks or panel. If someone would post a link showing the controls and functions, I would sure appreciate it.

I'm considering buying a 96" dozer blade for it, will I be satisfied with minor pushing and finish work with it?

The machine is a 2007 with 300 hours, cab and AC, standard flow. I've run a case 1840 for a hundred hours or so, but this will be a lots bigger toy.
