Oil evac hose reel

I'm looking to go to a spring retractable hose reel for my oil evac. On my service truck. It's a air diaphragm pump so its not pumping huge pressure. Need about 35 ft. Can you get away with using a low pressure (300psi) hose reel like one for fuel? Suction would be my concern. How about a medium pressure (1500 psi) would it stand up to suction better?
