Padfoot Shell Kit SD45D

I have bought an average Ingersoll Rand SD45D Compactor. I have read that I can turn it into a padfoot
machine in hours.

What would I need to do so apart from the 54 inch shell? In some pics I have seen it seems as if I had to
change the scraper bar to? Someone knows about this issue? Something else I should buy in order to be able
to make that change?
