Pc 78 -6 excavator slow travel swing & dig

Hey guys & girls I have a pc 78-6 komatsu excavator just about finished up a job and all of Sudden it went in slow speed travel and digging .Engine is running fine it’s just slow on hydraulics change filters still didn’t make a difference. Any ideas what it could be ?please help me out we are loss .Thanks

Check all the functions again, is the dozer blade and swing functions appear to be working as normal?
