Whats the flow available on the loader? What capability does the loader have to move inches per minute as might be needed with the cold planer? Will the loader's oil cooler be capable of handling the heat generated by the planer and grinder? How much HP is available for the attachments? Is he willing to solid foam fill his tires to control the machine bounce when planing? Will the attachment require multiple circuits to operate functions (sideshift, depth, tilt)?

I don't think the small wheel loader is going to be able to support a planer or stump grinder at least with any degree of productivity. The small wheel loaders are not made to support high flow type attachments.
