Working in the oilfield industry there have been a few times where I’ve required directions to an LSD (Legal Service Description) without being able to contact dispatch or having a site contact available. Finding an LSD with GPS is usually not a standard function with the most units unless you purchase an additional plugin for the device. An LSD can be first converter to Lat/long co-ordinates, and then inputted into your GPS. Check out this free tool to map an LSD location with google maps.
