Voltage is too high it runs about 300 volts confirmed with tested meter. Hertz is a steady 60. The manual adjustment is missing but it does have an automatic. I purchased a new manual adjustment but I didn’t remove so I don’t know how to wire it. Does anyone have diagram for wiring?? Could I wire something like this in below
