Wanted hinge or saddle

I need to get a hinge/saddle for my flat bed so it will dump. I have a hoist, but am missing this part.

Anyone got one or a link so i can find one?

A good truck and trailer supply or upfitter should stock them or be able to get them quickly. You can also fine them on ebay occassionally.
