I'm gettin a 10542-12 and 10044-01 , you can delete the codes in the monitor and the machine runs good still uses def , the def gauge only goes down to about 80 percent so not sure if it's a header issue , going to swap out nox sensors on a good machine and try that , itll run fine for a few days or a few hours before it throws codes , any ideas

10542.12 is for NOX efficiency. There are many reasons that could cause this from a bad DEF injector, EGR issues, fuel injector issues, DCU (Dosing Control Unit) issues, NOX sensor issues and so on. Clearing it in the monitor will not clear it from the Dosing Control Unit. The Isuzu in the Hitachi has special test procedures for the DEF system that requires MPDr.
