    TL130 Bucket leak Down

*Update* Decided today to run the machine a little. Still leaking down, however I can lift the machine with the bucket and it doesn’t leak down. Ideas?

    TL130 Bucket leak Down

Sorry for the double post, just trying to plan my time. If the cylinders test out ok, is it best to remove the control valve from the machine? Or is it feasible to inspect without removal. First time I’ve dealt with hydraulics much.

I will try that to isolate the problem.

    TL130 Bucket leak Down

I recently rebuilt the lift cylinders#1 the bucket started leaking down#2 the arms were bent. Put all back together after having the arms straightened and the bucket still leaks down. The cylinders seemed easy enough to rebuild. Could I have put something back together wrong or does this lead...

Thanks heymccall! That is the exact info I was looking for. I ordered 5 of them and will hopefully fix the last issue for a while.

    TL130 pump leak

After working on many electrical issues I’ve noticed the top of my hydro pump leaking. I’ve been able to locate a complete pump rebuild kit, seems overkill for just a few gaskets at $190. Anyone know of a vendor for individual parts? Is this a difficult repair? See attached pic.

    TL130 Fuel Stop Solenoid

Well I started today checking the battery, good , lapbar switch….intermittent. Started checking fuses, float arm fuse tested intermittent. Looked a little crusty but I could get it to test if I moved the probes around a little. replaced with a new one and all is well, only to have a leaky...

    TL130 Fuel Stop Solenoid

I made that mistake before I bought the gauge cluster. Just hoping my hot wiring skills didn’t ruin other systems. It smoked the fuel stop solenoid, got that fixed, it runs, just intermittent when it wants to move.

    TL130 Fuel Stop Solenoid

Yeah a little encouragement goes a long way. I’ll get the wiring diagram another look. Looks like the circuit goes thru the charge circuit, then the arm float circuit. I have not tested to make sure the alternator is charging, battery light blinks then is off. But float circuit doesn’t...

    TL130 Fuel Stop Solenoid

Well, I'm back and feel link the nightware wont end. Had the machine out after installing the Cluster and both relays, and the machine just stopped, no hydraulics, or movement, but it runs. Went back next day, got the machine moved back to the garage, realized if I hit the float switch, it...

    Tl130 travel motor drain

Anyone know where I can get a drain plug for the travel motor on a tl130? Local dealer wants $98 plus shipping and tax. Seems like I should be able to match up something cheaper than that.

    TL130 Fuel Stop Solenoid

Glad to say, New gauge cluster fixed the issue, hated it costs so much, but hopefully this is behind me! Thanks for the help everyone!
