    Thanks that sounds like a lot of work. I think I'll put a manual thumb on I have 2 others with hydraulic thumbs so not a huge deal just would have been nice

    Thanks. Looking through the computer screen and controls it appears this machine is set up as a crane also.. I can actually see how much weight I have on the boom and stick. Also appears to have no controls on handles or floor to operate another circuit. I do appreciate everyone's help

    Talked to cat technical support today. There is no backhoe pattern in the 4 way valve. They sent me the diagram to switch the hoses on sae. So any other thoughts would be appreciated.

    I did just notice my number 3 is sae like your #4. But no backhoe controls at all

    Thanks guys here are some pictures. In sae mode the excavator swings when pushing or pulling left lever I realize in the one picture I pushed the control past just to show the number Thanks again for any help
