    just had my first run away but it was a small 30hp, I remember a guy at the quarry had a 3406 run away on some type of crusher plant,he tried to get it shut down, but it blew up before he could, he died on the spot . what to do ? and when to run and when to not run? could a smaller engine kill to?

    322bl long reach, stick cylinder barrel cracked beyond repair, need one asap cat part #116-9123

    well I had to send it off to get rebarreled, it developed a small pin hole that I welded up, then a week later this happened. all the cylinder guys I talked to said they have never seen this happen before.
