    I had a digital copy until my computer crashed and haven't been able to find a good copy of one. The boot doesn't move when I twist it so I'm pretty sure its tight. I haven't found any holes in it either. Torque converter? I don't remember seeing one when I last had the tractor split.

    Do you have a diagram of the starter and how the gasket is installed? I have the original starter housing but it has been rebuilt 3-4 times in the last 5 years. Can’t remember if I had a gasket when I put the engine back in. O ring is in place!
