    I would bet if you ran unit air dig or whatever and get the hydraulic oil up to operating temperature other control issues will be found. If seller does not want, you to do this walk away.

    Not sure that i understand all your comment. Make absolutely sure those quick couplers are allowing full flow i have seen many a hydraulic flow problem created with dirty faulty quick couplers.

    Try operating boom up function to stroke the pump while performing a grapple close and see if grapple close speeds up this would confirm that aux load sense circuit is not functioning correctly.
