    Changing suction filter on TD7E with Small Transmission

    Our TD7E is a late model (Serial Number > XXXXXX9501) with the small transmission. Since the tranny and the torque converter are above the suction filter, will removing the suction filter housing to clean the suction strainer cause the loss of tranny/torque converter fluid?

    Dresser TD7E high clutch pressures

    Hi All, I looked at a Dresser TD7Ewith the power shift transmission today. It ran fine in all gears, Forward and Reverse. The clutch pressures were zero until I shifted into gear then they pegged out the gauge instead of remaining in the green range. I believe the spec pressure range is 160-175...
