    I suspect that the last owner reworked them.I asked two other owners of Valmet and they tell me that they brake by using the hydraulic,but mine brakes with compresed air and brake fluid so i think it does not have enought power to stop it. And i can not find the service brake or the emergency brake

    The outlet pressure is to high,it's suposed to be 42 psi,i don't know if that is relevant I will go in a few days.I will kepp you guys updated

    One more thing the torque inlet valve has also 100 psi but we added spacer and brought it to 136 psi

    Yeah we tried that,it stays in place,it does't spin at all,and it does not load the engine and i don't know why it seems that the whole problem.     I don't have a picture of the planetary but they look apsolutely fine i checked the flywheel and the gear inside of it they look fine

    It does not turn if I put it in gear,and i tried to pull them both. Those are ok,we mounted the convertor day before yesterday and i checked everithing.

    Hi, we have tested the pressures and the torque valve had 100 psi,and we fixed it on 136 psi but still nothing changed,the shaft is still tourning slow and the dozer does not move

    Do you have some schemes for the hydraulic system( T.C. valves etc.) i would like to study them,i could not find them anywhere on the internet and i am to far away to order a manual.

    No,we thought that it must be a mechanical problem and we didn't know where the points for messuring are.Many thanks, i will test them in few days when the mechanic returns the T.C.and we mount it.
