    I hope someone that really knows answers I curious as well. As far as I can tell it uses boom cylinder pressure to set and alarm before the machine potentially becomes unbalanced. The lack of its purpose in the manual is kind of baffling.

    Problem solved! I removed the original ECM out and took it down to the dealer, they loaded the new payload on the replacement and then copied all the parameters over. Plugged the new ECM in, turn the battery disconnect on, ignition on engine off for about 3 min and the a communication fault...

    It's adjusted correctly now. It did not have electro-mechanical solenoids. The bottom one was a bit of a bear to get adjust correctly. Thanks for your help guys! Feeling like a John Deere tech it's all I have been working on lately.

    I have had far more issues with DEF quality sensors than with actual DEF quality. And I have only had issues with DEF quality when it’s operator error. Meaning the numb skull that filled it up let a bunch of dirt and debris in there.
