Bought Grey Market CAT 303C CR

This display looks like those used on the Mitsubishi MM SR series excavators. If you go to https://www.woodandtrees.co.uk/ and look for the MM50SR electric circuits and error codes, page 264 shows a translation for this unit. Might not be exactly like yours but should help.

    Mitsubishi MM40SR

Great to hear you got your machine working again. It's good to know there are options to get the computer replaced, as I always wonder what to do if it breaks. Do you have any pictures of the new setup and advise about the installation?

    Mitsubishi mm30sr

I've never seen a MM30SR parts manual but I've attached the MM50 parts manual diagrams which might help. Part 12 (PA 4786) seems the potentiometer but I didn't find this on a web search. There are parts suppliers in Japan which might help. https://www.maxis.jp/ and...

How to properly measure solenoid coil current.

Just to say 24V PWM with 200Hz frequency is a DC 24V supply were the voltage is switched On and Off at a rate of 200Hz. 100% PWM duty cycle is 100% On, and 0% duty cycle is 100% Off. So when the coil sees 24V it will be at full current but pulsing On and Off dependent on the PWM duty cycle...

    Mitsubishi mm30sr

I'm not sure about this machine's solenoids and what signal they get .....but it's common for proportional solenoid valves to get a Pulse Width Modulation signal (PWM) from the controller. The 12Volts is pulsed many times per second. The longer the ON pulse the more power goes to the solenoid...

    Hydraulic Leak Mitsubishi MM30SR

Called in help from Jack Swales Plant Services and Ryan came out the following morning. Between us we managed to find the other end of the hose. Him pulling/pushing the hose from the end we could get to and me watching and feeling which hose under the cab floor moved. It was at the top of the...

    Hydraulic Leak Mitsubishi MM30SR

My machine (E3G00727) has a hydraulic leak on one of the small hoses that heads back to the tank and connects into a large pipe that goes between the bottom of the cooler and the top of the tank (photo). I had to take off the counterweight to get access to it (photo). The tank end is easy enough...

Yeh I'll send what I have. They are also available on my web site https://www.woodandtrees.co.uk/ If the tracks and blade work, its something to do with the electrics/electronics. I've had this problem and it was a bad connection on the safety arm switch/relay connections. Below the seat...

    Mitsubishi MM40SR

Great to hear you got this working. When water gets into these things they can become impossible to fix. So great job. If you have the time to write this up in more detail I'll post it on my website (www.woodandtree.co.uk) where I have a few articles about fixing problems with these machines.

    Won't charge or shut off

Just a follow up on this ... glow plug timers are quite simple circuits and I've had some success repairing these. There are details on my website on how I repaired mine. https://www.woodandtrees.co.uk/topics/mm30sr-glow-plug-timer-repair

    MITSUBISHI MX45 Code 51

I don't have a manual for a MX45 but error code 51 on MM50 is a RH joystick error code ....voltage below 2.3V. Are your joysticks working correctly?
