    Section for komatsu d20,21 and similar grey market dozers

    I have a D20-A5 komatsu that has pedal steering. I would like to change it over to stick controls. What will i need to change it over? do salvage yards offer these parts in a kit? Has anyone changed the steering systems on one of these dozers? thanks luke

    I don't have an owners manual, but i will try to get in touch with the komatsu dealership. some of the larger komatsu excavators use a 10w or 30w in the hydraulic system, like the the komatsu dozers do. any one have any experience with what other komatsu mini excavators use? thanks luke:usa:

    A word of warning for operators

    +1 Accidents such as this one are horrible. there have been many people hurt and killed on construction sites. Here in America, an owner not only has to deal with the fact someone died, but that he will most likely lose his business and any hopes of rebuilding it.

    What flavor would you buy

    I am personally a Komatsu man. I love our little Komatsu. it is a PC 15-2 Japanese (gray market machine. it weighs about #7000). If I was going to buy a late model machine, i would get a PC-50 or PC-75. luke

    Thanks for the info everyone. If everything works out according to plan, i should be able to get the 4 year degree plus the extra 30 hours with no problem in the 4 years by taking summer classes. I didn't know that you can work as an engineer without a professional engineer license. thanks...
