14 Takeuchi tb260 display not showing data and no throttel

14 Takeuchi tb260 how do i test the module under seat. starts but no throttle and display powers up but wont show rpm, fuel level, coolant temp or any other info. When started it just beeps and operates under idle. No codes found.
