Do you mean #3 & #4.? If so then there is no specification.
All I would do is put my finger between the tie rod end and the steering arm and have someone gently move the steering back and forth. If you can feel or see relative movement then replace the ball joint(s) in question.

Guy at the local alignment shop uses a large channel locks to squeeze the ball joints. They shouldn’t compress.
