2003 Case 650K Dozer runs great, Won't move

650K dozer was moving dirt just fine until it was shut down for a phone call. Fired right back up but now will not move.
1. When both parking levers are pushed forward/down, the parking light remains on. The Green/Yellow lights are working on the proximity switches.
2. With the engine running, the RPM on the display is showing "0". In the manual, it says that the machine will not move unless the RPMs are minimal 1000.

All fuses have been changed and all relays have been ordered. Any thoughts??

1. The new relays arrived and were changed.
2. Took dash apart and cleaned all wire connections along with repaired all wires that had been damaged by rodents.
3. Cleaned all fuse connections on dash side panel.
4. ordered new Eaton switches to scroll through the display as they were flickering.
5. All hydraulic 6-way blade operations function as they should.

Engine still runs great but the machine will not move. ANYBODY.....BUELLER.....BUELLER......

I would say if the manual says it needs to see 1000 rpm thats a good place to start. Are there any codes? Would think if it does not show rpm there should be some code.
