Hello y'all, picked up a JCB JS145nc about a year ago and I've been going through hell with it. I blew the slew motor out twice and can't figure out what the problem is. It's a 2014 and the serial number is JCBJS14EJ02307349.
My search on this came up with two relief valves on the slew motor. Part numbers 20/951741 and 20/951742 that might be bad. I've adjusted both all the way in and all the way out and no change. I've tested hydraulic pressure on the side port of the machine. I've done the rotation counted how many times and everything seems good. I have not checked the hydraulic pressure on the slew motor because I didn't type that deep and I don't know how to. After a week's time of aggravation we ship this machine out to have somebody else look at it and they came back that it is possibly the same problem that I was thinking the relief valve it just seems unreal that the both of them can go bad with under a year if this thing was just replaced. Could there be a malfunction with a hydraulic pump putting too much pressure I'm just trying to get some answers here.
