Got a truck in the other day for a hard start. Ad a bunch of codes throughout the whole system. Cleared them all and just a few came back(Engine starter solenoid lockout relay driver circut [active], electrical potential[stored], abs active[stored], tansmission primary shift selector[stored], transmission secondary shift selector[stored]. Clear the codes and all the stored codes go away. If the truck is cold it starts right up, but if it’d warm the starter will either kick out mid turn over or with turn over really slow the first couple rotations as if the batteries were dead. All the batteries are good and the starter was just re[placed. According to our amp clamp the starter is only pulling 400 amps. I can’t find any manuals or diagrams for this truck to trace and check wires to the TECU. I checked the relays and they aren’t the problem either. Truck only has 124k miles.
Thanks in advance.
