I'm looking at putting a manual switch on the lockup solenoid. There is a pull circuit and a hold circuit probably and 3 wires if so. Pull will be low resistance and high amperage and hold will be high resistance and low amps. I'm guessing a switch and a start button would work. Put the hold function on the switch and use the start button for pull - that's my thinking at the moment.

Welcome to HEF Scoops;)!

F9H9 is the hydraulic solenoids or its wiring shorted to ground. If you replaced the 3 solenoids, then you have a wiring issue.

Check the wires that go to your seat switch and seat belt, those are susceptible to getting pinched and will generate that code.
