Howdy fellas..
I keep getting calls to work on the 3208 inj pumps.. most of them could be fixed in-place and still on the machine..
But lately the customers have been pulling them off.. and want them repaired..
The “bonnet” tool is no problem to find..
It’s the front drive hub removal tool that hiding..
I had a very slick tool at the pump shop, it threaded into the hub and there was a hydraulic push pin in the center.. in 2 minutes the hub was off..
and for the life of me, I can’t find anything that comes close to it..
All google searches come up with wheel hub pullers..
Does anyone have any ideas where I might look for this tool.??
My Cat dealer is about 50 miles away..& probably wouldn’t be real receptive to someone “fooling around” with one of “their” pumps.. if ya know what I mean..
I would appreciate any leads..
Thanks, TPG
