I have a late 98 555E with 1151hrs, just completed full service, replaced several hoses and then put it in the dirt to work hydraulics to see if anything else was gonna leak, the main large cylinder stopped leaking after 3 times using but the extend cylinder has started leaking, I just got the service manual from flea bay and I believe it calls it a HED cylinder? I searched here and am not finding any info on how to remove extend section and youtube shows old cases and 555B. How hard is it to seperate the repair manual is LACKING on this area. I have extended and retracted trying to get a light in to see if it's a hose or cylinder to no avale. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
