Diff lock is basically positraction?Plunger is diff lock

Peddle does not move but right side column throttle works.The foot throttle is linked to the hand throttle to the right of the steering wheel.
If the foot pedal is stuck down most likely the hand throttle is pulled down to raise the rpm's
No foot peddle seems solid mounted does not move down and does not move as the column throttle is adjusted.The hand throttle and the foot pedal should be linked.
If you step on the foot pedal with it running, do the rpm's go up?
If not, there is something broken or dis-connected
Based on the pics it looks like the foot throttle is broken and laying flat on the floor. Probably a linkage problem as mentioned above.No foot peddle seems solid mounted does not move down and does not move as the column throttle is adjusted.
I'll get under and inspect the linkage and see what I find.
