G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
Maybe start by tracking down a Parts Manual.? Then you could search for what you need by Part Numbers.
For 23H1016 you need Parts Manual UE070042 for the tractor and (assuming your scraper S/N is 37Gxxxx) then you need UE070016 for the scraper.

Here's a link to the tractor Parts Manual on eBay.
And here's one for the scraper, also on eBay
Neither of them will break the bank.

Well 4D5780 is supposedly the correct Part Number for your machine.
Are there any part numbers located anywhere on the carrier.? From memory it is a casting so it should have something marked on it somewhere. Can you post photos of any numbers you find on it please.

Also please take a look around the rest of the planetary final drive assembly on your machine for any Part Numbers that might be cast into it and take photos of them also.

The original carrier has "4D5779" cast into it. This is the casting number of what is used to manufacture 4D5780.

What is the number cast into the replacement on the left side of the photo indicated by the arrow.? It looks like 1D-something but I can't read it very well. Whatever it is, it's not 4D5779.........

So not the 4D5780 you asked them for............

It fits the following models - 621B (45P Serial Number prefix), 623B (46P), and 627B (14S & 15S).
621E (6AB), 623E (6CB & 6YF), and 627E (6EB & 6GB).

I don't see 23H appearing anywhere on that list...........

Tell them they should have read the Part Number on the carrier before they shipped it to you - then they would have realized it was wrong and saved themselves time and money.
