950G WHEEL LOADER NOT MOVING FOWARD OR REVERSE

Please your help on why a 950G wheel loader sn:
5FW01259 not engaging forward or reverse gears. It was moving fine before. the operator packed it but later started it to work but it refuse to move in either direction. I went to monitor the status with CAT ET but find one xmsn active code
621- 3 Downshift Switch : Voltage Above Normal
can this be the reason it's not moving?
attached is all the active code monitored.

not started any troubleshooting yet.

Good morning. Your transmission shifter schematic is different from what I found with the sn number. With sis 2011B

problem solved. thanks for the assistance. the downshift switch was the cause. wire F784-YL and F781-BR were both opened to wire 202-BK from the switch. had to looped F781 to 202-BK at the switch so we could drive loader pending when we order for new switch.
