95xt. Slow bucket tilting function

We have a 95 xt that we had replaced hyd pump when we got it due to all slow funtions other than drive. After pump replacement it helped out a lot but when using bush hog attachments it was slow bout tilting mower over an backup while mowing. My machine was equipped with a self leveling valve. I took it outta the system an it seemed to help it tilt better while mowing. Now it’s been months latter an now moveing a lotta dirt an while dumping dirt outta bucket it takes for ever for it to roll bucket over to empty it. Seems to tilt back up fine. Tilt cylinders has been service yr ago an hardly used since. Any ideas

Ain't gotta rock caught in the hinge point?

Nope no rocks hung in carriage anywhere’s no anything binding up. Lifts up an down fine just tilts over slooow

make sure your auxillary hyd pedal not stuck on have had that on 1845 c will dump slow but no return
