97 Fiat Hitachi FH 400 - Tensioner Pulley

We just bought a used 97 Fiat Hitachi FH 400 excavator. Upon running it, it broke the belt between the tensioner and the fan / crankshaft pullies, Upon inspection of the pullies (both fan and tensioner) they were bad, any idea where i can buy these pullies ( The excavator is in Israel)? The excavator has an Iveco 82.15.22.400 engine .
Also I need to buy Repair Manual , Parts Manual & Operations Manual , Any advise as where to get ?
