Antifreeze question

I had some problems with the my machine. The over heating light kept coming on so it went into the dealer. They flushed the radiator, changed the heat sensor and it works fine now. My question is, the book says to use ethllene glycol which I thought is always green. The solution the dealer put in is a pinkish/light red color. Do you think they filled it with the wrong product? If they did will it hurt the machine.

We have three different coloured antifreezes kicking around the farm. Green, Blue and Pink. I think the Pink and Blue are both extended life, just different manufactures.
