City of Vancouver BC had several Scott dump trucks in their fleet for quite a few yrs and those trucks went on to private ownership after that. I used to see them often before I retired.

One of the guys who helped design that rig, was a salesman at a big machinery company here in Texas. He has a facebook site, and has posted a lot of info and photos of that big bobcat rig.
