Hi, have a question about the log bunks. I heard that on highway trucks they are about 8ft wide and off highway trucks about 10 ft. If highway trucks where used off highway only would they widen the log bunks or keep them the way they where .....

8'6 on modern stuff I believe. Have heard BC has allowed 9' wide on certain routes?

I wish I had a camera when I was a kid. I'd have had albums full of logging action from Blue River all the way down to the Shuswap.

Yes--a very abused 40's military Diamond T, and the {term-prime mover} came from the U.S. Army.
That is what the "T" above is a Army Prime mover, only this one is a rag top.
