Any Case Construction Equipment dealership or any CNH farm equipment dealer should be able to get a new one for you.
Have you tried contacting salvage yards ?
Any machine shop should be able to make one if you have the one that was on the pump.
What happened to it that it needs to be replaced ?

Dale has had health issues for several years. There are days he would go to work and then leave after a couple of hours.
I haven't been able to get access to his website (https://e-backhoeparts.com) for quite a while.
Perhaps a phone call will work.
