On the injector ends of the fuel lines there appeared to O-rings. On two of them I dug out a flat rubber seal back in coupler. I don't see any seals on the Case parts diagrams. Are there part numbers for these?

My engine serial is 2628105 so it would be section 26? Part 15 looks like what I pulled out of two couplers but the fuel lines have nozzle on the ends, not just straight tubing. The fitment information indicates it was used in 188's in 1977-1991. My tractor serial is 8312830 which I dated as a 1967. My injectors look like the ones in section 26 and the lines look like the ones in 27A. Makes more head scratching than help.

There are two different injector lines and return lines in the two assemblies.
The ones in # 26 have removable ends at the injector connection.
In # 27a have pressed on fittings at the injector connection.
There are two different return line assembly's also. One is solid the other is three tubes joined by tee's.
Sadly the part numbers have been omitted in the list for the gaskets you need.

These are my injector lines and the 2 out of 4 seals that I pulled out of the coupler nuts.

The lines are leaking at the injectors despite new seals. Not sure if I've installed them improperly or something is missing. Does the rubber seal push up over the end of the line when connected to the injector? How tight do they need to be?

I suspect they were leaking when I bought the tractor. That side of the engine was pretty dirty and wet. I know it was dripping fuel but never traced it to the source because it was so dirty.
