Case 580CK Parking brake handle

Can someone provide the dimensions of the parking brake handle rod? I see it the parts list as a round rod bent in a "Z" shape. How long is it and what are the small end lengths? Does it fit loose in the ratchet bar below the foot board or is it welded?
