Today i made a test and its very strange, i decided to lift one side with jack and other side with bucket, so i had full excavator in the air, left and right side working fine but just when I use one side, when I use both in the same time, problem is still existing so I think there is no possible thats the final drive issueHey something I just thought of. Check the track pressure by blocking the track with bucket or any other means you can come up with. Check both tracks and compare.

Yes I know, there are 2 relief valves on the each track, one for forward and one for reverse, and one main relief valve on the control valve, but... why tracks used separatly working fine and used both are slow?That’s why I said to block your tracks where they can’t move so you can check hydraulic pressure in each direction. You could have a relief valve problem in the one track. Now you have reliefs in the control valve and in the drive motor.

Hello, last time i was very busy, i add hydraulic oil, and now excavator running fine, but... just when automatic idle works, when i retract the dipper, the auto idle doesnt work for a while, when i manually go to the idle and rev it again after few minutes evrything is fine, but for a while...What is pressure when you apply both tracks with them blocked?
Today I noticed that the auto idle stop working when I only retract the dipper, i decided to unplug the pressure switch on main control valve and yeah, there is a signal for machine to not go idle. Case cx 210 has a straight line travel spool in mcv, and it's piloted only when swing or attachment is used by rising the pilot pressure inside the mcv (attachment or swing spool is closing circuit and pressure rises). I think there is a problem, may be with dipper spoolWith key on engine off hold idle button down for about 3 seconds and turn auto idle off.
