You'll find a hole in the frame just below one of the articulation cylinders. The drain valve is accessible through that hole. There should be a hose 12" or so long from the valve that comes out somewhere down below the differential housing..

If its the same as a 3306 its a 9/16 socket on a about 10 inch extension fished though that hole to find the valve on side of oil pan and they are always tiiight from the heat cycles I suppose
