Cat 140m2 41-1 and e192(3) code

Had cat dealer rebuild transmission. Cat installed new wiring harness on transmission and replaced seals bearings, discs. After installing codes come on only when trying to drive, low brake pressure light stays on and park brake light doesn’t operate at all. Serial number is r9m00219.

41-1 relates to 8v sensor power, which obviously includes sensors in the power train. Are you sure it is -1 because that is a somewhat strange one. It signifies "Low", in other words an input that is still functioning in the valid range but sending a signal below the acceptable limit of the parameter. Can you double check and/or post a photo of the Diagnostic Code as it appears on the Monitor panel please.

E192 is a steering system malfunction, probably related to the electro-hydraulic actuator for the steering valve. Click this LINK where the subjectof that actuator was discussed in detail, including a couple of tips on freeing up a stuck actuator (Post #37 on Page 2). There is also another THREAD linked within the previous one that it may also pay you to study.

You're probably going to need an electrical schematic. I'll send you one.

Trans had issues with shifting between certain speeds. Had cat come and do calibration and tech also replaced a couple shift solenoids. Didn’t fix problem so tech said would need rebuild. Also low brake oil light is always on and park brake light never comes on.

Machine also sat for over a month waiting for transmission. Didn’t have any of these problems before. Also the two codes only come on when moving joystick to drive.

Seems to me if the Cat dealer said the trans. needed to be rebuilt and did all the other work too, they should have addressed any other related issues.
