The little square pump between the tank and the main fuel filter is not working. I thought the pump was bad and replaced it...no luck...I tested the plug and it is not receiving voltage. Doesn't show voltage when key is ON. Doesn't show voltage when engine is running.

Any guesses on where to start looking?

Check your messages for an electrical schematic.

How to test the priming pump.
Ensure that the engine start switch is in the OFF position. Turn the engine start switch to the ON position. Note: Do not start the engine. This operation only starts the fuel pump. The pump will run for approximately 30 seconds and turn off.

There is a fuse Ref A7 dedicated to the electric priming pump relay. Maybe test that as a first step if you still have a non-operating pump after the above test. The relay is one of a dozen or so identical, so swap to test is an option.

The electric pump only runs to prime the system after a filter change or repair work to the fuel lines. The HP fuel pump contains a transfer pump that is responsible for sucking fuel right from the tank through the filter & lines and delivering it to the HP pump inlet.
