Having an overheating issue with our 299D2 HXP skid steer.

Currently has mulching head on it but can't drive it around the shop without the coolant temp rising to 230+ degrees and setting off E361-3 code.
Radiator has been cleaned. There is a strange hissing/air bleed noise after you shut the machine down somewhere in the back access coupled with what sounds like a fuel pump running. This goes on for a few minutes.
Bad sensor? Head gasket? Not losing coolant in the system it is staying steady. Sending someone to get an infrared thermometer to check the block temp as I type this.
