i have replaced the micro-switch at the N/S lever and rebuilt the N/S valve under the cab.
the N/S works fine when cold, once the hyd oil warms up it will sometimes work immediately and some times it will take 2 to 30 seconds to activate the hyd system. it will always work its just a mater of time. once it took 4 or 5 minutes to activate.
any ideas????????????????:Banghead:Banghead

When you rebuilt the valve, did you check the spool so it moves freely in the body when warm as well as cold?
You can also interchange the solenoidvalve with another one, 121-1491 is also used for swing brake and travel speed.
