Cat 416 series 2 backhoe 1993

I just bought a clean 416 but only have electrical issues. I don't have power to the beacon light turn signals or rear lights. Is there a relay or main relay I have to change? Seems weird all the fuses are fine but none of that turns on or has power. Vin is 5pc 15128

I think that is about the same vintage as my 426. Take all the fuses out sand the fuse holders and the ends of the fuses. Every one of mine looked ok but had a huge voltage drop, some were so bad the drop was 12v. Nothing was passing.

After doing that things were working.
