I'm going to change out the parking brake solenoid on my dozer and have a shop manual and it describes draining all hydraulic fluid, removing the whole block... Is all that necessary? Can't I just unscrew one and screw in the other? Also, the parts guy said it was up under the drivers feet. Does that mean I could access from the top or do I have to remove a plate from below?
